Jacqueline CarolHEATHIt is with the deepest sadness that the family announce Jacqueline "Jackie" Carol Heath (née Roper) passed away peacefully on the morning of Thursday 6th November surrounded by love.

She was and will always be the beloved Wife of Ray, Mum to Ben and Adam, Mother-in-law to Carly and Konrad, and Nanna to Tom and Lissie as well as a friend to all who knew her.

Funeral service to take place at The Heart Of England Crematorium on Friday 5th December at 1.15pm.
